𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 on Leadership and our Shared Humanity

(𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦, 𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘴 (𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦?) 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵):

Bullying is not a strategy, certainly not for the long term
Calling people names is not ok, especially as a boss
Don’t demand a thank you, don’t belittle others
Diversity is a strength and good for innovation
Do some research, listen to experts, stay open
Don’t play poker with people’s livelihoods
Lead with empathy, it’s not a weakness
Don’t trade decency for approval or power
Don't betray your allies and friends
Respect the law, you are not a king
Don’t be cruel to anyone, ever

Be the kind of leader you’d want your kids to become.
