Bullying is not a strategy, certainly not for the long term
Calling people names is not ok, especially as a boss
Donโt demand a thank you, donโt belittle others
Diversity is a strength and good for innovation
Do some research, listen to experts, stay open
Donโt play poker with peopleโs livelihoods
Lead with empathy, itโs not a weakness
Donโt trade decency for approval or power
Don't betray your allies and friends
Respect the law, you are not a king
Donโt be cruel to anyone, ever
Be the kind of leader youโd want your kids to become.
